In other words, whereas anÂ outsourcer would send someone to aÂ clientâs premises to work in, for example,Â the clientâs IT department, SensÃ©eÂ does the same for call centres withoutÂ moving any bodies around.Â What weâve had to do is to virtualiseÂ recruitment, training and remote management. The entire employeeÂ life cycle is developed remotely.â
