(Online Workshop): 6 Operational Changes You Should Make Today to Optimise Hybrid Working

Chair: Sandra Busby, Welsh Contact Centre Forum
Date: Nov 2nd 2022
Time: 10.00 to 11.30am

If you’re looking to optimise customer and employee experiences, then it’s probably time for a rethink: because the business processes, workflows and technology tools used to optimise your Bricks and Mortar (B&M) contact centres may no longer be fit-for-purpose in the hybrid world.

Hybrid working – where some people work-from-home and others from the office – is a very different world of work. And one that often requires a new approach to how you recruit, train, collaborate, communicate, manage, schedule and deliver compliance & security. Even down to how you profile and select ideal team members.

In this online workshop we suggest 6 changes to help optimise the way your business recruits, collaborates and manages its hybrid team members.

Sandra Busby will be joined by experts from home and hybrid workplace specialists Sensée – Dan Philp, Sensée Service Delivery Director and Sarah Benkalai, Sensée Team Leader.
